The rental house (built 1946) is located at
Hermann-Grüneberg-Straße in Mühlenbeck northern to Berlin. Its
administrativ district is Schildow. The property is about
3600 m2 and surrounded by two meadows in the
north and a beautiful landscape southside.
It has five dwellings between 1 and 2,5 rooms. At the second
floor there are 2 dwellings already being rented so we
couldn't make any pictures of the inside there. The house walk
starts at the first floor showing a 1 room dwelling.
The attic at the third floor is remarkabel for its bigness.
One side has been converted into a lovely 2 room dwelling. The
space on the other side serves as drying loft.
Mühlenbeck is an alternative to the life in the city that
means less traffic and housing prices. It takes 20 minutes to
get to the center of Berlin by car and about 30 to 40 minutes
by train including park and ride facility.
